Why I’m Running

Frederick County, Maryland is at a critical juncture. As we look toward the general election, the choice is clear. We can settle for politics as usual, or we can: choose servant leadership dedicated to long-term planning for future generations; balance growth with our Livable Frederick Master Plan, ensure public education includes full funding for special education; and put people back at the center of our decision-making. 

I am running for Frederick County Council District 2 to ensure that every decision we make prioritizes our quality of life. That means putting our community’s voice at the center of local governance, protecting our environment and agricultural heritage, and investing in standard-setting constituent services. Together, we can shape a stronger, more sustainable Frederick County where everyone can thrive.
